1. Acceptance of Terms & Regulatory Jurisdiction
By accessing, registering for, or using the Dimagy platform ("Platform", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue using the Platform immediately.
These Terms are published in compliance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 framed under the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India) and the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.
2. Comprehensive Legal Disclaimer & Removal of Liability
IMPORTANT NOTICE: NO MEDICAL, PSYCHIATRIC, OR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
Dimagy is an intellectual habit-tracking, self-improvement, and peer reflection tool. All content, mental models, habit routines, prompts, and insights made available through the platform are for educational, informational, and personal productivity purposes only.
- No Professional Warranty: Dimagy does NOT provide clinical psychotherapy, mental health diagnosis, psychiatric counseling, medical treatment, or licensed financial planning.
- Complete Removal of Liability: Under no circumstances shall Dimagy, its creators, operators, directors, employees, or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, emotional distress, or personal decisions resulting from the use or inability to use this platform.
- Assumption of Risk: Users assume full, unreserved responsibility for any habits, routines, or productivity exercises adopted from the platform.
3. Third-Party Authentication (Google Identity Services)
Dimagy integrates industry-standard OAuth 2.0 single sign-on authentication via Google Identity Services.
- When you authenticate with Google, we only access public profile information (such as your Name, verified Email Address, and Avatar image URL) as authorized by your explicit consent.
- We do NOT access your social feeds, contacts, private messages, search histories, or passwords.
- Your credentials are never stored on our servers; authentication tokens are securely managed in encrypted session state.
4. Community Standards, PerkUp Hype & Rate Limits
To preserve the integrity of our community and growth leaderboard:
- Anti-Spam & Bot Restrictions: Automated script-based engagement, spamming, self-hyping, and bot manipulation are strictly forbidden and will result in permanent account termination and points forfeiture.
- Rate Limiting: Daily limits are enforced on PerkUp hypes per user and per post to protect leaderboard rankings.
- Content Moderation: All user reflections, comments, and ideas undergo automated and administrative moderation prior to public feed visibility.
5. Grievance Officer & Statutory Dispute Redressal
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder, any complaint, notice, or grievance concerning user content, privacy, or terms violations may be directed to our designated Grievance Officer via our official portal:
